个人简历

    龚旗煌 男,中共党员。1964年8月生于福建省莆田市。现任北京大学物理学院首批“长江特聘教授”、博士生导师;人工微结构与介观物理国家重点实验室主任;北京大学光学所所长;中科院——北京大学联合超快光科学和激光物理中心常务副主任;院党委委员。 

教学科研

      近年来,在非线性光学新效应和新材料的研究工作中取得了国际先进水平的研究成果:首先在国际上独立开展三维结构π电子共轭碳簇分子--足球烯C60、C70和纳米碳管系列三阶非线性光学性质,开辟了光功能材料研究的新领域;通过对气态足球烯分子吸收光谱的研究,首次精确测定了C60和C70分子的紫外波段吸收峰及吸收截面,并利用光吸收随温度的变化结果获得了足球烯分子的破坏温度和热力学熵等参数。有关论文受到国际同行的大量引用并被日本“东京化成”公司作为产品性能标准列在其产品目录中和被日本碳60化学专集所介绍。在有机非线性光学材料的研究中,他提出并验证了通过合成有机电荷转移复合体体系提高分子三阶非线性光学响应的新方法。引起国际同行的重视,论文也被多次引用;在聚合物光折变材料研究中,取得了报导当时响应速度最快的国际领先水平的研究成果并首次发现电致收缩效应对光折变效应的影响;在非线性光学新效应的研究中,提出的吸收光谱中碰撞感生相干性现象被国际上称为“第三类汉勒效应”。近年来共发表论文百余篇。有关工作引起国际同行的极大重视。论文已得到多本专著的介绍并被国际同行所引用达两百余次。由于他在光物理领域所取得的成果,他获得国家基金委 “杰出青年基金”的资助并顺利地得到延续两年的资助。他还负责包括国家基础研究计划(973)项目“超快超强激光技术在化学及微结构科学中的前沿研究”、973特别资助项目“群速色散及超光速研究”和国家基金委重大研究计划“若干新型光子器件的飞秒多光子微制备及机理研究”等国家重要科研究任务。他已完成的科研项目有国家“八六,三”材料领域青年基金、“八六,三”激光领域青年基金、自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家教委优秀青年教师基金和国家科委等资助的多项有关非线性光学效应、新型非线性光学材料、足球烯分子簇光学性质和超快超强光物理等研究课题。

作为一名教师,龚旗煌同志十分热爱高等教育事业,积极投身于教学和培养学生的工作中。多年来,一直坚持每学期讲授专业基础课程并主持“激光前沿专题”讲座。教学过程中,他十分重视所教知识的更新和发展,在内容上不断引入和介绍国际前沿的科研成果和最新报道。保证学生尽快地接触和掌握国际前沿课题、扩大眼界。同时,他还重视培养学生,特别是研究生的创新意识和独立分析问题的能力,他讲授的课程得到同学们的一致好评,认为通过课程的学习可以很快地适应从事光学各方面课题的研究和进入实验工作。近年,为了配合北京大学教学体制改革和创新型人才的培养,他提出并制定了大学本科四年级学生基础课程“近代光学”教学计划并主讲这一新课程。

除课程教学外,龚旗煌同志还指导多名博士研究生、硕士研究生、进修教师和博士后。目前,在他指导下进行科学研究工作的人员就有30余名。他认真安排每一位的研究课题题目、研究方向和目标,并从他们进入实验室第一天开始就明确实验要求和实验方案。在课题组内实行每星期一次的学术交流,每位轮流汇报和介绍各自研究进展和最新文献资料。在指导和讨论过程中,他还十分注意发挥学生的创造性和主观能动性,认真对待同学们提出的新想法和新方案。在研究组内营造了一个良好的学术环境。他所培养毕业的研究生均在国际重要学术刊物上发表论文,所完成的学术论文数量和质量均高于同班的平均水平。他培养的学生获得了“北京大学优秀毕业生”、“北京大学优秀博士论文”、“北京大学学术十杰”等大量荣誉和称号。

除了承担大量的教学和科研工作外,龚旗煌同志还同时承担学科建设和管理工作。96年末开始,龚旗煌同志先后负责“北京大学211工程功能材料学科群”和“北京大学985工程光学学科”的建设任务,建成了三个光子学实验室。开展了包括飞秒分辨超快光谱、光功能材料及光电子学应用、飞秒微爆炸和微制备物理研究。有关工作得到以杨福家先生为组长的国家验收组的好评。此外,作为国家重点实验室主任和光学所所长,他认真处理有关事务,为实验室的建设和发展扎实工作。在他的领导下,北京大学光学学科在2001年全国重点学科评估中获得好评。

除了出色的科研、教学和管理工作外,龚旗煌同志还积极承担社会工作和公益事务。他曾受聘为中央电视台“激光”节目科学顾问和担任中国北京博士后联谊会理事长。目前,他还担任中国科协国际组织后备队成员、Chinese Optics Letters(中国光学快报)副主编、中国物理学会光物理专业委员会副主任、中国光学学会青年委员和《量子电子学》、《光电子激光》等杂志编委。
